  • Shipping and Return Policy

    1. Shipping

    We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

    Delivery timelines:

    • Metros: 3–5 days from the date of shipping

    • Non-metros: 7–10 days from the date of shipping

    During busy periods (holidays, sale season, or unforeseen circumstances), there may be a delay in processing your order. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.


    2. Returns, Refunds & More

    2.1 Returns & Refunds

    • No returns/refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

    • Damaged or missing items: If any items from your delivered order are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to request a replacement.

    • Sale period purchases: Any purchase made during our sale period is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage (case-to-case basis).

    • Packaging damage: We do not accept returns or refunds for damage to the product’s packaging during transit.

    • Rare cases: In rare cases where we do accept a return, a 20% deduction will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled after shipping.

    2.2 Replacement Policy

    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.

    • Please return the product to our shipping address. If you would like us to arrange pickup, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

    • In case you receive a damaged product, kindly email us a photo of the damaged product along with your Order ID at rishi@childhoodmatters.in within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement will be arranged.

    Note: Our products are designed to be sturdy and crafted with care. However, they may break or get damaged if handled roughly. If the product gets damaged after use (two weeks or more after purchase), we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund.

    2.3 Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped by emailing rishi@childhoodmatters.in or calling +91-9751572355.

    • Refunds will be processed to the same account within 4–5 working days.

    • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours and the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to recall it.

    • Childhood Matters reserves the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a 100% refund.

    • If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or related customer-side issues, any extra costs incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.


    3. Using Coupons & Offers

    • Childhood Matters coupons are applicable only on purchases made on www.childhoodmatters.in.

    • Only one coupon code can be used per order.

    • Products already on discounted/slashed pricing are not eligible for further discounts.
