How safe is it safe for my children to use the Mini Iron kitchen Set?
Completely safe with adult supervision. The set uses a small chafing fuel flame, similar in size to a diya - not a gas stove. The cookware is 100% iron with no plastic and no toxins. Thousands of families use it daily with kids as young as 4yo.
What age is this for?
Best for ages 4–13. Younger kids (4–7) love exploring with a parent beside them. Older kids (8–13) can cook more independently. The pots and pans are kid-sized and light enough for small hands to handle comfortably.
How heavy is it? Can my child easily use it?
Yes, easily. Each piece is sized and weighted specifically for children, light enough for a 4yo to lift, sturdy enough to last years. It won't tip, crack, or break the way plastic sets do.
How do we get started?
Open the box and season the cookware first. Gently wash each piece, heat it on a gas burner, apply a little cooking oil on the cooking surface, and let it cool down. It's ready to use in under 10 minutes. Then add the included chafing fuel to the stove, light it, and start cooking. No assembly, no extra purchases needed. Everything your child needs to cook their first roti is inside the box.
What can kids cook on this?
Yummy dosas, panniyarams, chapatis, make sabzis( curry), puris and in fact most of the dishes you prepare everyday in a miniature form.
What Happens When The Fuel Runs Out?
Refills are always in stock on our store: chafing fuel (set of 3) or eco wood-wax cubes (36 pcs). Your first fuel pack is free with this set.
